1. Digital Products and Online Courses

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For individual digital courses, downloadable educational resources, and standard learning memberships purchased on langcom.org, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are accessing our services from Columbus, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Exceptions to Course Refunds

To protect our intellectual property, protect our instructors, and prevent system abuse, a refund request will be rejected if:

• You have completed or downloaded more than 20% of the course content.

• You have already generated or downloaded official certificates of completion.

• A period of more than 14 days has passed since your payment.

2. Live Virtual Classes and Scheduled Tutoring

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Live, 1-on-1, or group video interaction sessions involve dedicated live instructor placement.

• Full Refund / Free Rescheduling: You must provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, or if you miss the scheduled session (no-show), you will forfeit the fee for that class.

3. Recurring Subscriptions and AI Tutor Access

Subscription Cancellation

For recurring subscription plans, including access to our interactive learning ecosystem, premium communities, or advanced AI features at campus.langcom.org, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation stops the next automated billing cycle.

• You will retain full access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period.

• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle that has already started.

4. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund or cancellation request, please follow these explicit steps:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to your Billing & Orders dashboard.

2. Locate the specific invoice item or order number you want refunded.

3. Click "Request Refund" or email our dedicated global support team at [email protected] with your transaction details.

4. Our financial operations team processes eligible requests within 3 to 5 business days. Approved funds are automatically returned to your original payment method in your local currency.

Are there any processing fees for refunds?

No. Langcom does not charge administrative fees for processing legitimate, eligible returns. However, your local bank or credit card processor in USA may apply minor currency conversion or processing fees outside our control.

What happens to my progress data if a refund is approved?

Once a refund for a course or membership is finalized, your enrollment status is revoked. Your user metrics, course progress tracker, community access at campus.langcom.org, and accumulated gamification achievements for that specific product will be permanently reset.

Can I transfer my purchase to another student instead of a refund?

Yes. If you prefer to transfer your active course seats or subscription credits to another user profile, please contact our support team directly before requesting a formal financial refund.
