La vostra istituzione \u00e8 la prossima o \u00e8 rimasta indietro?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"et_pb_section_0 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_0 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_0 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_0 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2 style=\"color:#143d70\">Aprile 2026: il giorno in cui tutto \u00e8 cambiato per le scuole di pedagogia del Per\u00f9<\/h2>\n<p>Il 20 aprile 2026, il ministro dell'Istruzione del Per\u00f9, <strong>Mar\u00eda Esther Cuadros<\/strong>, si \u00e8 presentato davanti a studenti, insegnanti e telecamere al <strong>Scuola di Formazione Pedagogica Superiore (EESP) San Francisco de As\u00eds<\/strong> a Chincha, Ica \u2014 e ha reso ufficiale la notizia.<\/p>\n<p>Per la prima volta nella storia del Per\u00f9, un istituto di pedagogia pubblica era stato riconosciuto come <strong>Centro ufficiale di preparazione agli esami Cambridge International<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Quell\u2019altro giorno, otto studenti degli ultimi anni di corso sono tornati a casa con qualcosa che la maggior parte dei loro coetanei in tutto il Paese non possiede: un <strong>Certificato Cambridge B2 First (FCE)<\/strong> \u2014 una qualifica riconosciuta dai datori di lavoro, dalle universit\u00e0 e dai governi in <strong>oltre 130 paesi<\/strong>. Si trattava di un istituto pedagogico pubblico \u2014 situato in una provincia \u2014 che ha gareggiato e vinto a livello internazionale. E non sar\u00e0 l\u2019ultimo. Il tempo stringe.<\/h2>\n<p>Ci sono <strong>37 istituti di istruzione superiore in scienze dell'educazione<\/strong> in Per\u00f9 che offrono la specializzazione in inglese. Sta accadendo proprio ora, a <span class=\"lc-country-target\">STATI UNITI D'AMERICA<\/span>, agli studenti che hanno riposto fiducia nel proprio ateneo affinch\u00e9 li preparasse adeguatamente alla professione.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_2 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_10 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2 style=\"color:#143d70\">Il MINEDU lo ha reso ufficiale: ora \u00e8 un requisito obbligatorio<\/h2>\n<p>La svolta di Chincha non \u00e8 avvenuta in modo isolato. \u00c8 il risultato tangibile di un cambiamento deliberato nella politica nazionale che si \u00e8 andato delineando sin da <strong>Marzo 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delibera del viceministro n. 024-2025-MINEDU<\/strong>, pubblicato il 14 marzo 2025, stabilisce che gli insegnanti di inglese che si candidano per posti di lavoro nelle scuole pubbliche <strong>Istituti di istruzione superiore pedagogica (IESP)<\/strong> e <strong>Scuole di formazione superiore in scienze dell'educazione (EESP)<\/strong> deve essere in possesso di una certificazione internazionale di inglese presso <strong>livello B2 o superiore<\/strong> nell'ambito del Quadro comune europeo di riferimento per le lingue (QCER).<\/p>\n<p>Non \u00e8 consigliabile. Sta gi\u00e0 organizzando seminari di formazione presso gli istituti di pedagogia di tutto il Per\u00f9 per accelerare questa transizione. Le istituzioni che si muoveranno per prime saranno quelle che assumeranno un ruolo di guida. Quelle che aspetteranno impiegheranno anni a recuperare il ritardo \u2014 ammesso che riescano a recuperarlo.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019EESP San Francisco de As\u00eds di Chincha lo ha capito. Non \u00e8 una scuola privata che da decenni beneficia di finanziamenti internazionali. \u00c8 un istituto pedagogico pubblico situato in una provincia peruviana \u2014 ed \u00e8 riuscito a realizzare qualcosa che nessun altro istituto del genere era mai riuscito a fare prima.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;max-width:700px;margin:0 auto;font-size:17px;color:#444\"><strong>Se loro ci sono riusciti, anche la tua istituzione pu\u00f2 farlo.<\/strong> Non un giorno o l\u2019altro. Non dopo anni di iter burocratico. Con il partner giusto, il percorso da dove vi trovate ora a un programma di inglese certificato a livello internazionale \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 breve \u2014 e molto pi\u00f9 conveniente \u2014 di quanto la maggior parte dei direttori immagini.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_4 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_4 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_4 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_15 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2 id=\"langcom-solution\" style=\"color:#143d70\">Chincha non ce l'ha fatta da sola. E nemmeno tu dovrai farlo.<\/h2>\n<p>Dietro ogni istituzione che ottiene il riconoscimento di Cambridge c\u2019\u00e8 un partner autorizzato che conosce il sistema, gli esami, la metodologia e gli standard.
